About me
I believe that the key to a successful partnership with a horse is awareness of ours own breath, body, and movement. Only when we are connected with our body and present in every moment can we be truly readable to our horses and communicate with them with gentleness and respect.
My journey with horses began in early childhood, igniting a lifelong passion for these majestic creatures. Despite years spent in the saddle, I never ventured into competition. A blend of perfectionism and self-doubt often held me back, making me hesitant to advance in training. I believed that unless everything was perfect and fully understood, I couldn’t move forward. This mindset, coupled with nervousness, shaped my early equestrian experiences.

A transformative chapter unfolded when I welcomed my horse, Con Amore, into my life. Being present at her birth and nurturing her from the start was a profound experience. However, riding her unveiled deeper layers of my perfectionism and fear. Each visit to the stable was accompanied by anxiety, turning what should have been joy into a source of stress.
The birth of my first daughter marked another pivotal point. An arduous delivery via C-section, followed by postnatal depression, challenged me both physically and mentally. My horse became a source of motivation, helping me cope with depression. Determined to heal, I delved into understanding the body—once again, driven by my intrinsic need to comprehend and perfect. This journey included working with a mental therapist and, with the guidance of my trainer, incorporating tools like Franklin balls, Feldenkrais techniques, and foundational biomechanics into our sessions. A heartfelt thank you to Miroslav Příhoda Sr. (†) for his invaluable support.

Breathwork emerged as a cornerstone in my healing process. Through intentional breathing techniques, I learned to regulate my nervous system, reduce anxiety, and cultivate self-confidence. This practice enabled me to reconnect with Con Amore, transforming our rides into experiences of mutual trust and enjoyment. Breathwork not only improved my posture and balance but also deepened the bond between horse and rider.
Today, I channel my experiences to support riders in enhancing their posture, mindset, and overall performance. By intertwining personal growth with professional expertise, I aim to guide others in finding harmony both in and out of the saddle.
